Communication

Your Project Manager or Producer will be your main point of contact. Whether we need assets from you or your team’s input on a revision, they’ll keep you posted on what’s happening with your project.

They’ll also be available to answer any questions or concerns during business hours via our shared private Slack channel.

We understand that you’ll probably have quite a few stakeholders weighing in from your team. We just ask that you designate one person on your end to be our POC as well.

Revision rounds and feedback

Frame.io
We use an awesome tool called Frame.io for collecting project feedback. You and your team will be able to comment and annotate directly onto each video at the appropriate timestamp.

How revisions work
For each piece of content, you’ll receive an initial edit with basic sequencing and minimal effects. You’ll then provide feedback, and we’ll return with a second draft of the executed work - which will signify the end of revision Round 1.

Feedback guidelines
We prefer feedback that’s honest, yet actionable. For example - “Not the biggest fan of this color scheme. Why don’t we try orange and purple?” vs. “We’re just not feeling it. The vibes are just off somehow.”

Additional revisions
This process will continue until we’ve executed your allotted number of revisions. By then, we should have a solid Final Edit with mixed audio, effects, transitions, and coloring. If you’d like additional revisions, no worries! Just keep in mind those will incur additional costs.

Project Delays

While we do our best to plan ahead, we know life happens sometimes. That’s why we build extra cushion into your project’s timeline in case things get off track.

If our team gets behind, we’ll let you know well ahead of the deadline or milestone. If your team needs more time to gather assets or stakeholder feedback, we understand that too! We’ll make adjustments as quickly as possible to get things back on schedule.
